CA, CPA, Registered Company Auditor, Registered Self-Managed Super Fund Auditor

Viral is a member of CA ANZ and CPA Australia. He is a Registered Company Auditor and an ASIC registered SMSF Auditor. Viral has over 25 years professional experience in public practice most of which, over 20 years, is mainly as an independent Auditor.

Prior to joining Australian Audit, Viral was a sole practitioner for 8 years running his practice under the banner of AuditPlus Solutions. He built up his practice through delivery of quality, efficient and friendly service through a referral network with a number of Accountants across Australia.

Viral specialises in both financial report audits and compliance audits such as those for companies, not-for-profit entities, AFS Licensees, Trust accounts, and self-managed superannuation fund audits. His recent stint with internal audits has proven a success for business managers who would leave the scrutiny to independent auditors rather than spend time on checking whether their own set controls and procedures are working as they should.
