The Western Australian Associations Incorporations Act 2015 has brought with it new reporting requirements that have now come into effect. This creates three tiers of reporting based on the revenue of the association.


There is also a particular process that has to be followed when an association wants to consider changing auditor. If this process is not followed correctly, the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety will not approve the change of auditor.
