Real Estate Agents who hold a current triennial certificate must have their trust accounts audited by the approved auditor and the audit report lodged with Consumer Protection within three months of the end of each calendar year, as per the requirements of the Real Estate and Business Agents Act 1978 and the Real Estate and Business Agents (General) Regulations 1979.
